Implementing Force24 forms

If you wish to add forms created within the Force24 platform onto your website this is now possible with the new V3 tracking script

Getting your Tracking Script

If you haven't already you will need to setup your site with the new tracking script. Follow this guide to do this

How to deploy your Tracking Script (v3)

Once you have the tracking script setup on and have the script on your site you are ready to embed a form.

Embedding the form

Now from the same website in 'Website Management' click on forms and then add.

You will then be given two option Embedded Form and External Form

Select Embedded form. You will then be presented with this popup:

Form:

Here is where you select a form you have built within the Forms section of the platform.

For more information on building forms see Form Builder: Creating a New Form

Form Name:

This should be anything that will be easily recognisable to you.

Select Submit Action:

Here you can either select a URL (which the form will redirect to upon submission) or a custom message (that will show on submission)

Who should receive your submission notifications:

Upon successful form submission the email inputted here will receive the details submitted.

Include User Info On Form Post:

If 'yes' is selected and the user is a known contacted (already has a cookie set) any information submitted on the form will update that contact's information within the platform

Enable Auto Id:

Upon submitting the form the user will be tracked and web activity sent to the platform.

Now all the information is submitted you can click 'Save and Get embed code.' Upon doing this you will be supplied with the code to embed the form on your site.

After this you will need to push these changes to your tracking script.

Inserting the embed code

This code needs placing in the HTML of your website and as long as the V3 tracking script is present will pull through the form onto your site.

The form is injected via Javascript and pulls through as standard HTML so you can either style it within the Form builder or via your own CSS.
