Email clicks are how many times an email contact clicks the URL in your email, it takes into account if a contact has clicked on the URL more than once.
Unique clicks associate a contact with each URL they click within the email - even if they click that link 15 times, they will remain associated with one unique click.
This means that the number of Email Clicks will be always be greater or equal to the amount of Unique Clicks e.g:
