From within the 'website management' tab on the left hand side of the platform, here you will be able to embed, track and map forms within the platform and send an instant reply.

To send an instant reply, follow the steps below:


1. Under Website Management head to forms


2. Select the form you would like to add this too, and click Edit. If you need to add your form below, click on the Add in the right hand corner. 




3. Follow the steps through the form configuration, if you haven't done this before, please follow the steps in the article here. (form config link)


4. On the last page of the configuration, step 3/3, here you have the option to add your instant message.


5. If we click on the Yes, this will open up the email settings as you would sending your email campaigns. Here you can select your subject line, the email template and the email from name and reply address. 



6. Once you are happy with your settings above, you will then need to click update.


7. Ensure you then push these changes to your tracking script to make these changes live.
