To get started using the AI assistant and ensure it is bespoke to your business, you will need to navigate to settings and input all relevant company information and teach your assistant! 


From the platform settings page, you will see an 'AI Training option'. When you click 'Start Wizard' you will be prompted


When you click 'Start Wizard' you will be prompted to add some information about your brand. I.e. the personality, the history and any of your USPs and specialisms. By inputting your prompts here, it will act as a base guideline for the output you receive in other areas of the platform such as the content generation may be more 'humourous' if that is part of your brand personality.



By ensuring this information is inputted as accurately as possible means that the content that is generated is based on your business requirements and personalised to your needs!
