Using your AI assistant you can generate email content based on your pre-existing email content, a prompt and/or your brand information provided (click here to find out how to train your AI Assistant). You can regenerate this content and prompt as you require!
To access this functionality simply access your email template, and after clicking on the text section you want to add to, you can now press the AI icon in the text editor:
After pressing the AI icon, you will see a new window within your email template which allows you to prompt the AI assistant on what you wish this section to contain, a character limit and the option to say whether the rest of the email is relevant or not to this content.
After inputting your prompt, you can press 'generate' and it will begin to analyse your template and the request you have made. This may take a second.
Once this has been completed, it will show you a version with the amends requested in the 'section preview' where you can now decide whether you are happy with the new input and press 'insert' or alternatively, to make other changes add an 'adjustment' in the text input and press 'regenerate'.

This works in a similar way, allowing you to build snippet blocks using AI; and also SMS to generate the content of your message!
