To determine the number of active contacts in your system, follow these steps:

 

  1. Navigate to Contacts Search.
  2. In the filter options, set Status – Global to Active by selecting it from the dropdown list.
  3. Click Filter Contacts.



This search will display the count of active contacts within the platform.
