Email security tools are designed to protect your organisation from spam, phishing and malicious emails.

Occasionally, this can mean legitimate emails sent from marketing platforms are filtered or blocked - particularly test emails or automated notifications.

To ensure emails sent from Force24 arrive where you expect them to, your technical team may need to add our sending IP addresses to the allowlist in your email security system.

This article explains which IPs to allowlist and when this is needed.

When allowlisting is required

You may need to allowlist Force24 sending IPs if:

  • Test emails are not arriving in your inbox

  • Automated notifications, such as form fill confirmations, are being blocked

  • Reply notifications are not being received

Allowlisting ensures your security system recognises emails sent from Force24 as trusted and delivers them correctly.

Force24 IPs to allowlist

Ask your technical or IT team to add the following IP addresses to your email security allowlist:

  • 84.18.201.167 - Test emails sent from the platform

  • 156.70.88.25 - Platform notifications, such as form fill confirmations, or account confirmation emails sent from no-reply@data-crypt.com

  • 192.174.92.230 - Standard campaign replies sent from no-reply@replies.force24.co.uk

Adding these IPs helps ensure all expected emails from Force24 are delivered successfully. If you'd like, you can also add the email addresses mentioned above, as well as your own email sending subdomain(s).

Allowlisting your own campaign sends

In some cases, your own campaign emails may be sent internally - for example, an internal newsletter.

If this happens, your campaign sending IP may also need to be allowlisted. Campaign sending IPs vary by account.

If you believe your own campaign emails are being blocked internally, get in touch with us on live chat and we can confirm the correct sending IP for your account.
